Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Agreement to terms: By purchasing a custom real estate listing from My Real Estate Listing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. 2. Nature of the product: Brochure texts are generated by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for checking every brochure before you publish or hand it to a client — in particular prices, measurements, and any information your local law requires in a property advertisement, such as energy performance data. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding effectiveness or return on investment.
  3. 3. Usage rights: You are free to use the generated content however you wish, including unlimited modifications.
  4. 4. Subscription, billing and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Each period includes a fixed number of credits: one credit produces one finished brochure. Unused credits do not carry over into the next period. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, which opens our payment provider's portal; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  5. 5. No refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes credits you did not use and billing periods that have already run. Statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, remain unaffected by this section.
  6. 6. Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
  7. 7. Governing law: These terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
  8. 8. Amendments: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  9. 9. Limitation of liability: The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all liability for any losses incurred while using our service.
  10. 10. Miscellaneous: Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters. This agreement does not establish a partnership, and no third-party rights are conferred unless explicitly stated.

  • Payment security: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store sensitive payment details ourselves.
